ASC will host a virtual panel "Ballots & Laughs: Panel Discussion of Arkansas Political Cartoonist George Fisher" at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, on ASC’s Facebook page. The livestream event will include a discussion of Fisher’s career as a political cartoonist and how he documented, commented and added humor to the politicians and political events of Arkansas.
